Margy and Glenn Sneeden have been computer trainers since 1996 are passionate about teaching computer skills. They teach anyone from CEO, PA or employees needing to stay abreast of new technology, to Grandparents wanting to e-mail or Skype.
They are the business owners of Computer Concepts. Whilst acknowledging that there’s a place for computer schools, Margy and Glenn believe that most people prefer non-threatening, one-on-one tuition or handpicked small groups. Computer Concepts evolved from this perceived preference.
Clients benefit not only from gaining more software knowledge, but also upgrading their business acumen in running a business, built on a foundation of secretarial, sales and management experience. Margy and Glenn understand administration procedures and what people need from their computers to make themselves more efficient and tasks less tedious and time-consuming.
